Shipments Details


Purchased orders will be processed for delivery through the Royal Mail or Parcelforce (see below for specifics). We aim to provide the shipping provider with your order within 24-hours of your payment received. However please note that orders received on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday and those received over a UK bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.

All prices are based on the latest Royal Mail Postage Prices.


We provide option for:





Delivery aim of 1-3 business days not including the day of postage. (Can take longer sometimes)


ROYAL MAIL RECORDED SIGNED FOR (requires a signature upon delivery) - 

Delivery aim of 1-2 business days. (not including the day of postage)


INTERNATIONAL Shipping prices are based on Royal Mail world zones:


World Zone 1: USA, Canada,Brazil,Hong Kong,Japan,Singapore, Indonesia

World Zone 2: Australia and New Zealand


ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL - Standard airmail delivery for less urgent items

Deliver aim not including the day of postage:


Europe                  :  3-5 business days

Rest of the World:  5-7 business days


Above 2000g,packages sent outside the UK will be sent via Parcelforce. The International Standard Service (not Tracking with this service) delivery aim not including the day of postage is:


4-7 business days in Europe;

5-8 business days in USA, Canada, and Hong Kong;

6-9 business days in Brazil, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. 


ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE Full end to end tracking and online confirmation of delivery


Airsure® receives priority handling in the UK and abroad and is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Deliver aim not including the day of postage:


Western Europe : 2-3working days of posting

Eastern Europe  : 3-5working days of posting

Rest of the world: 6-7 working days of posting. 


NOTE:  You will have the option to choose between Royal Mail International Airmail or AIRSURE. We recommend that buyers ship through Airsure for as it is a more secure way to ensure receipt of your package since you'll have proof of posting and online tracking, however we recognise that price can make a difference in people’s purchase which is why we are giving you the choice.  Please keep in mind that the risk of accidental loss or destruction of your order passes to you once your purchased goods are given to the designated postal/shipping company by Artransmitte.


If you would like to receive your package more quickly using an alternate provider (e.g Fedex, DHL, etc) please contact us via email with your specific inquiry. If you live in a country that is not listed here but are interested in our products, please send us an email with your full details (before placing an order) so we can determine whether or not we can accommodate your order and delivery.
