Crack them open (tap them with the back of a spoon), give them water and these guys will grow one of three wild herbs – basil, mint, or lemon balm! Includes 3 egg-shaped Crack-a-heads (one of each herb), which are handmade in Japan from white porous ceramic (5.4cm H x 4.7cm D).

Once the plant outgrows its head (about 3 to 5 months), you can crack it again and plant it directly in soil. This way, the plant can fully mature.

Warning: you may become too fond of your Crack-a-head to bury it in the garden!
